In the final concert of a
three-part series, "20th-
Century Retrospective," co-
sponsors Great Lakes Perfor-
ming Artist Association and
the Detroit Institute of Arts
Performing Arts department
will present the world
premiere of a work by New
York composer Faye-Ellen
Silverman.
Featured performers, on
Nov. 20, wil be violinist
Michael Davis, oboist Thomas
Gallant, and pianist Nelson
Harper. The 8 p.m. concert
will take place in the DIA
recital hall, followed im-
mediately by a meet-the-
artist wine and cheese recep-
tion in adjacent Kresge
Court.
