Beth Shalom United
Synagogue Youth will spon-
sor an Oneg Shabbat today in
the home of Debra and Reva
Nelson. The Oneg will begin
at 8:30 p.m. The theme for the
evening will be "Jewish Iden-
tity at College!'
Their guests speaker will be
Michael Friedland, a second-
year student at the Jewish
Theological Seminary's Rab-
binical School. He is the coor-
dinator of the seminary's Col-
lege Bound program, which
works with high school
students to develop strategies
to allow them to maintain a
Jewish identity at college.
