center of cake begins to feel
firm. Unwrap pan and place
on a wire rack to cool about
45 minutes. Cover cake, leave
on rack, and chill at least 5
hours. Decorate with
chocolate curls.
For chocolate curls, warm
chocolate until it feels slight-
ly soft. "Peel" with a
vegetable peeler, and you'll
get chocolate curls.

tant, Robinson was first
elected to the Southfield City
Council in 1985 after having
served as a Southfield civil
service commissioner for
seven years.
Chairman of the City Coun-
cil Finance Committee,
Robinson has a BBA degree
from the College of the City
of New York and a master's
degree in economics from the
University of Michigan. He
also served in the U.S. Army
and U.S. Air Force for 6Y2
years, including service in
World War II.
