Set for 1-5:30 p.m., the meeting will focus on invest- ment strategy, with Monte Gordon, and philanthropic planning, with Martin Kalb. The Women's Endowment Committee will also host a meeting on money manage- ment, with Gordon and Kalb, at 10:30 a.m. Gordon, a nationally recognized investment analyst, is a regular panelist on the PBS series Wall Street Week. He is associated with the Dreyfus Corp. Kalb will address 1987 tax planning and freezing the value of closely held business for estate tax purposes. Before stepping in front of the cameras, Brenner enjoyed a successful career as a writer and producer of documentary films, earning close to 30 awards. In 1985, he was given the prestigious "Man of the Year" award by the Broadcast David Brenner Pioneers for his documentary work. Greenberg are co-chairmen. imiH NEWS 1""m"' Ex-Refuseniks Urge Shultz Jerusalem (JTA) — Four prominent former refuseniks, now living in Israel, last week urged Secretary of State George Shultz Sunday to make the issue of freedom for Soviet Jewry "one of the cen- tral topics" at the summit meeting between President Reagan and Soviet Com- munist Party Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev expected to be held, in Washington later this year.- An open letter to Shultz on this matter was announced at a news conference by Yuli Edelshtein, Viktor Brailov- sky, Yosef Mendelevich and Natan Sharansky. They de- clared they would "neither rest nor be silent until every Jew in the Soviet Union who asks to return to Zion is granted his request." The letter was given to Shultz during his recent visit to Israel.
