Allen Sipher Allen James Sipher, presi- dent of Al-Mar Telecom- munications Co., died Oct. 5 at age 60. Born in Detroit, Mr. Sipher was a board member of the executive committee of the Oakland County Democratic Party. He ran against Con- gressman William Broom- field in 1982. He was a past president of the Farmington Democratic Club, past 'presi- dent of Americans for Democratic Action, past presi- dent of the Michigan Telephone Answering Service Exchange and a board member of the American Jewish Committee, a member of Temple Israel, Craftsman Lodge of the Masons and B'nai B'rith. He attended Harvard University for continuing education for work with cancer patients. He was an ac- tive lecturer for oncology staffs to assist with cancer patients.
