Joyce LaBan, president of , the Birmingham-Bloomfield Art Association, will lead the tour and describe the art on Detroit's People Mover. Lunch will follow at the newly renovated Vanelli's Restaurant in the Metropole Building. The program has been planned by the Section's public relations department, headed by Vice President Joy Nachman. Committee Chair- man Gloria Siegel and Vice Chairman Clara Gordon are in charge of arrangements. Parenting Class Begins Parenting classes, designed to better relationships bet- ween parents and children, will be offered by the Na- tional Council of Jewish Women, Greater Detroit Sec- tion, beginning Wednesday. The six-session series runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays through Nov. 11. Classes will take place at the N.C.JW offices in Southfield. Baby-sitting will be provided. The course will be taught by Shirley Aune, who has an M.A. degree in guidance and counseling and more than ten years experience in family counseling and teaching parenting skills.
