The problem with most exercise
today is it concentrates on building you up
instead of slimming you down. All at the
expense of tired muscles, sore bodies and
aching backs.
Not at futureshape. We've devel-
oped a unique system of movements which
work gently and safely to tone you up and
slim you down. It works. Come in and see
for yourself.
