Daniel Klein, nephew of the

grandmothers, Esther Jacobs
and Rose Meyer.
Following a honeymoon in
Galveston, Mx., the couple is
residing in Dallas where
Michael is enrolled at the
University of Texas pursuing
a Ph.D. degree in biomedical
engineering.

Marie Le Pen. Last Sunday,
Le Pen had publicly doubted
the existence of Nazi gas
chambers and downgraded
the Holocaust against Jews as
a "minor historical detail."
The protestors, who con-
verged on the National
Assembly, were led by two
former socialist premiers and
dozens of prominent writers
and philosophers.
Political commentators
noted that the center-right
parties are in a quandary
because presidential elections
will 'be held next spring. An
energetic comdemnation of
Le Pen might cost them.
