Center Expands
Health Club

The Jewish Community
Center has recently re-
designed and expanded its
health club facilities to
satisfy the needs of its
membership.
Entirely co-ed, the Fitness
Center is complete with
Nautilus exercise machines
(14 stations), Universal gym
machines, a free weight area,
biocycles (computerized exer-
cise bikes), Challenge II
treadmills, Concept II rowing
ergometers, a newly mirrored
exercise room with an Ex-
erflex flooring system and
state-of-the-art sound system.
The expanded lounge area
features a seven-foot televi-
sion screen and complimen-
tary coffee.
The health club facilities
also include more than 75
morning, afternoon, and even-
ing specialized classes vary-
ing in levels of difficulty from
"tuff" aerobics, for the ad-
vanced, to body awareness, for
beginners. Sauna and steam
rooms, massages, and in-
dividual lockers are,provided
for each health club member.
Lounges and solariums,
where sun-worshippers can
relax, are available in both
the men's and women's health
clubs. Free laundry service is
provided and all amenities
are included.
There is a pro-shop and
barber shop and complete
beauty services are also
available. "A Day at the
Health Club Spa" gift cer-
tificate also is available. It in-
cludes massage, manicure, ex-
ercise classes, Nautilus, pools,
squash and racquetball, use
of both tracks, steam, sauna,
whirlpool, and complete
locker room facilities.
Sundays at the JCC Health
Club
are
father/son-
mother/daughter days.
Children of health club
members who are general
members of the Center are
allowed to use the health club
with parental supervision
after 1 p.m.

Valet Parking
Topic For Center

The Jewish Community
Center will host an open
meeting for all those in-
terested in seeing the Center
provide valet parking for its
members and guests.
The meeting will be held on
Sunday at 11 a.m. in the
Family Spot at the main
Center complex.
Refreshments will be served..
