Marriage Group
Celebrates 10th

Michigan Jewish Marriage
Encounter is celebrating its
tenth anniversary. The
organization is aimed at
couples with good marriages
who want to strengthen
them.
Jewish Marriage Encounter
is open to couples of all

In celebration of the tenth
anniversary, there will be a
special Labor Day weekend
event. All couples who have
attended any of the JME
weekends in Michigan or in
any other community are
invited.
The weekend will include
topics for discussion and an
opportunity for couples to
utilize communication techni-
ques presented during the
event.
There are actie JME groups

in Ann Arbor and throughout
Oakland County. For infor-
mation about the Encounter
Weekend, call Andi and Mark
Weiss, 682-4612.

DSG Outing
Set for Sept. 17

The name has changed but
the feeling will be the same at
the Detroit Service Group's
38th annual golf outing and
dinner (formerly Stag Day)
Sept. 17.
Set at Knollwood Country
Club in West Bloomfield, the
golf outing is the DSG's way
of saying thank you to the
hundreds of volunteers who
worked to make the 1987
Allied Jewish Campaign a
success.
Milton Lucow is president
of the DSG, the campaign's
year-round fund-raising
organization.
After a day of golf, tennis
and relaxation, campaign
workers will be the guests of
honor at an awards dinner.
Morris Rochlin is chairman
of the event, with the help of
Dr. Milton H. Goldrath, prizes
and awards chairman; Robert
A. Steinberg, golf; and Mar-
vin Talan, hospitality.
