The Jewish Community
Center of Metropolitan
Detroit has acquired a Nolan
Handicap Poolift System.
The lift is specially design-
ed to raise and lower swim-
, mers from the pool deck into
the water. As it raises and
lowers the individual, the
chair turns 90 degrees to put
the swimmer in a
maneuverable position either
in the water or on the deck.
It can be used unassisted or
with the help of one of the
pool staff.
