Dr. Donald Kapetansky
The Sinai Hospital Guild
will have a continental
breakfast to honor new guild
members on Sept. 16 at 9:30
a.m. in the home of Rosie
Schlussel in Southfield.
Dr. Donald Kapetansky,
chief of the plastic surgery
section at Sinai, will discuss
"Nips and Tucks of '87," with
all of the latest news about
liposuction, fact-lifts, breast
surgery and other cosmetic
procedures.
The meeting is open to new
guild members as well as cur-
rent guild members who
enroll one or more members.
The breakfast was arrang-
ed by the guild committee,
chaired by Vice President/
Membership Madelon
Seligman. The committee
members are: Roslyn Aronow,
Vivian Axelrod, Bobbie Blitz,
Barbara Chaitin, Carol Sue
Coden, Estelle Elkus, Dolores

At Beth Achim
Cong. Beth Achim will hold
an ice cream social and fami-
ly fun fest on Sunday for
members and prospective
members at the synagogue
from 1 to 4 p.m.
The day will feature clowns,
magicians, games, music and
refreshments. There is no
charge. This event is planned,
by the membership commit-
tee of Beth Achim under the
co-chairmanship of Vice
Presidents Harold Baker and
Morris Penner. For informa-
