She will assume her duties in September. Loeffler worked as a Sun- day school teacher, a youth group adviser, secretary, syn- agogue bulletin editor, librarian and teacher of cook- ing in a nursing home. Her Hillel experience in- cludes the B'nai B'rith Hillel Foundation at Cornell University and the Rochester- area Hillel Foundation. Loeffler is a Haddasah member and belongs to the Association of Hillel and Jewish Campus Profes- sionals. She and her husband, David, are activists for the Jews remaining in Ethiopia and support the National Conference for Ethiopian Jewry and the American Association for Ethiopian Jews.
