Leadership Division, State of
Israel Bonds, the evening is
aimed at encouraging invest-
ment in Israel. Donald
Wagner and Larry Wolfe are
general chairmen of the
division.
The evening will include
dancing to the music of the
People's Choice, wines and
cocktails and a kosher buffet
supper. Israel Bonds Interna-
tional Campaign Chairman
David B. Hermelin will ad-
dress the guests.

The B'nai B'rith Hillel
Foundation of Metropolitan
Detroit has appointed Sandy
Loeffler as extension director
of the Hillel/Jewish Student
Organization at Oakland
University. She will assume
her duties in September.
Loeffler worked as a Sun-
day school teacher, a youth
group adviser, secretary, syn-
agogue bulletin editor,
librarian and teacher of cook-
ing in a nursing home.
Her Hillel experience in-
cludes the B'nai B'rith Hillel
Foundation at Cornell
University and the Rochester-
area Hillel Foundation.
Loeffler is a Haddasah
member and belongs to the
Association of Hillel and
Jewish Campus Profes-
sionals. She and her husband,
David, are activists for the
Jews remaining in Ethiopia
and support the National
Conference for Ethiopian
Jewry and the American
Association for Ethiopian
Jews. They are also involved
in activities benefiting per-
sons with autism.
