York and Columbia Universi- ty and later served as visiting professor at Brooklyn College and Yeshivah University. Dr. Korey was director of the ADL Illinois-Missouri Regional Office and later of its D.C.-Maryland Regional Office. In May 1960 he became director of the B'nai B'rith United Nations Office and represented B'nai B'rith and the Coordinating Board of Jewish Organizations at the United Nations. Dr. Korey is the author of many articles and books. Guest speaker at the recep- tion will be Dr. William Korey, director of policy research, International Coun- cil of B'nai B'rith. Dr. Korey is an authority on Soviet Jewish affairs and global human rights. He is a graduate of the Rus- sian Institute at Columbia University where he earned advanced degrees in history and international relations.
