Congress Seeks Mail Blocked By The Soviets The U.S. House Post Office and Civil Service Committee has requested documentation of the interruption by the Soviet government of interna- tional mail going into the USSR. Hearings will be held in mid-September. Religious Reject Joint Program Tel Aviv — Social education instructors from religious- governmental schools have refused to participate in joint workshops with Arabs in a two-week summer course con- ducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture's youth division, according to media reports. Organizers of the course were forced to establish a separate workshop for the religious participants, while the Arabs were assigned to the workshops of the secular Jewish participants.
