byan involvement in subver-
sive terrorist activities in
Latin America has been un-
covered by Venezuela's in-
telligence service, according
to Latin American Report,
published by the Anti-
Defamation League of B'nai
B'rith.
The ADL report noted that
Bandera Roja (Red Flag), a
Venezuelan guerrilla move-
ment, has been in contact
with Col. Muammar Qaddafi
concerning funding to carry
out actions to destabilize the
Caracas government.
