Max Englander Max Englander, sales manager for the former Citrin Oil Co. and for three years sales manager for Total Petroleum, Inc., died July 30 at age 78. Born in New York, Mr. Englander retired 13 years ago. He was a member of the Hebrew Benevolent Society, Tikvah Lodge of B'nai B'rith, past officer of the Metropolitan Detroit B'nai B'rith Bowling Association and former treasurer of its na- tional sectional tournament committee. He leaves his wife, Yetta V. (Kief); a son, Robert; a sister, Mrs. Henrietta King. Harry Cohen Harry S. Cohen, an at- torney for 55 years, died July 29 at age 77. Born in Detroit, Mr. Cohen was graduated from the Detroit College of Law. He practiced law in the city of Detroit and was a member of the Michigan and Detroit Bar Associations, a member of Louis Marshall Lodge of B'nai B'rith and Cong. Beth Shalom. He is survived by his wife, Gertrude; two daughters, Judith Beth of Boston Allston, Mass., and Mrs. Harvey (Debra) Cohen Klein of Burlington, Vt.; a brother, Meyer; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Freedberg; and one grandson. Meyer Katz Meyer "Mike" Katz, a self- employed accountant, died July 30 at age 86. Born in New York, Mr. Katz was a member of the Tam O'Shanter Country Club and Adat Shalom Synagogue.
