terms and conditions of a certain mor-
tgage made by FRED GROSSMAN and
REBECCA GROSSMAN, his wife, of
Oakland County, Michigan, Mortgagors,
to Norma Gorosh, Alan Gorosh, a married
man, Julius Spielberg and Anna
apielberg, his wife, Mortgagees, dated
the 18th day of April, 1983 in Liber 8359
of Oakland County Records, on page 720,
which said mortgage was thereafter
assigned to HENRY SONENSHEIN, a mar-
ried man by assignment dated March 20,
1987, and recorded on March 25, 1987 in
the office of the Register of Deeds for
said County of Oakland in Liber 9828 of
Oakland County Records, on page 488,
on which mortgage there Is claimed to be
due, at the date of this notice for principal
and interest, the sum of Seventy Four
Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven
and 31/100 (74,937.31) DOLLARS;
And no suit or proceedings at law or in
equity having been instituted to recover
the debt secured by said mortgage or any
part thereof. Now, Therefore, by virtue of
the power of sale contained in said mor-
tgage, and pursuant to the statute of the
State of Michigan in such case made and
provided, notice is hereby given that on
FRIDAY the 7th day of AUGUST, 1987 at
10:00 A.M., Local Time, said mortgage
will be foreclosed by a sale at public auc-
