The 85th annual meeting of
the Fresh Air Society and
election of officers will take
place on Aug. 9 at Camp Maas
at the Bert L. and 'Ibba
Smokler Pioneers Skills
Center, at 2 p.m.
The following modifications
of the Fresh Air Society's by-
laws are proposed:
Section 2. The officers of
this society shall consist of
the following: a. President b.
two vice presidents c.
Secretary d. Treasurer.
Section 6. Vacancies. A
vacancy in any office may be
filled by appointment by the
board. The officer appointed
to such vacancy shall serve
for the remainder of the term
of the officer he replaces. In
the absence, disability, or dis-
qualification of the president,
the board of directors shall
appoint successor president
from the two vice presidents
to fill such vacancy until the
next ensuing election of
officers.
Section 8 (b). Vice Presi-
dent. The two vice presidents
shall act in the place and in-
stead of the president in the
event of his absence, or in-
ability or refusal to act, and
shall exercise and discharge
such other duties as may be
required of them by the boar.
