locked out by the Israel
Broadcast Authority, ended
their strike when manage-
ment, Histadrut and the Fi-
nance Ministry agreed to a
"conditional six percent in-
crease" in their pay. The con-
ditions have yet to be work-
ed out.

place in a competition held
during the city of Oak Park's
recent inter-ethnic festival.

Neighborhood Project
organized the prize-winning
booth, which was sponsored
by Jewish Federation Apart-
ments, the Neighborhood Pro-
ject, Temple Emanu-El holi-
day workshop and the Jewish
Community Center-Jimmy
Prentis Morris Branch.
Staffed by residents of Pren-
tis Federation Apartments,
the display featured a succah,
complete with a holiday table
courtesy of the Lubavitch
Women's Association; a
children's table with holiday
decorations; and an informa-
tion table with literature on
some of Federation's member
agencies.
