LEONARD 0. WARSH, 58,
former Detroiter of Florida,
died July 4. He leaves his
wife, JoAnn; a son, Steven of
California; two daughters,
Lori of Florida and Deborah
of California; his mother, Mrs.
Mollie Warsh of Southfield; a
brother, Larry of West Bloom-
field; and one grandchild. In-
terment Detroit.

Dr. Nathan Moss

Dr. Nathan H. Moss, a
medical doctor in family prac-
tice, died July 5 at age 86.
Born in England, Dr. Moss
practiced medicine in Detroit
for more than 50 years. He
retired in 1978.
He was a 1928 graduate of
the Detroit College of
Medicine. In 1978, he receiv-
ed the Golden Anniversary
diploma from the Wayne
State University Medical
School Alumni Association.
He was a fellow and life
member of the Academy of
Family Physicians. In 1954,
he won a fellowship-post
graduate education from the
Michigan State Medical
Society.
Dr. Moss was a former
board member of the Wayne
County Medical Society and
on the staff of Brent Hospital
for more than 33 years. He

Nathan Taisch

Nathan Taisch, past master
of Oak Park Lodge and Craft-
sman Lodge of the Masons,
died July 1.
A former Detroiter of
Oceanside, Calif., Mr. Taisch
was retired from the United
States Automotive and Tank
Corps. While in California,
Mr. Taisch was a language in-
terpreter for the foreign born
and was a volunteer for the
Hospice of North Coast in En-
cinitas, Calif.
He leaves his wife, Lillian;
two daughters, Susan Sacks
and Judith, both of San Fran-
cisco, Calif.; a sister, Rose
Friedman of Texas; one
grandson, nieces and
nephews. Interment
California.

S. E. Friedman

Samuel E. Friedman, a
member of Jewish communal
and civic organizations, died
July 5 at age 87.
Born in Russia, Mr. Fried-
man lived 80 years in Detroit.
He was a member of Crescent
Shrine Club, the Masons and
Louis Marshall Lodge of
B'nai B'rith.
He was a retired home
modernization salesman.
He leaves his wife, Daisy;
two sons, Bernard and Earl;
six grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.
