(JARC), will be the keynote
speaker Thursday at the
meeting of CHAI (Commu-
nity Housing for Adult Inde-
pendence) in Boston.
CHAI was formed last year
by the Jewish Family and
Children's Services of Boston,
along with a group of par-
ents, to establish homes and
satellite apartments for per-
sons with developmental dis-
abilities.
Keller will speak on how
JARC began and what it has
accomplished over the past 18
years.

Israel To Fill
Pilot's Dreams
Bonn (JTA) — West Ger-
many's new hero, 19-year-old
Mathias Rust, may soon visit
Israel, but not necessarily in
the tiny Cessna plane he land-
ed in Red Square last month.
According to Rust's mother,
her son has been "dreaming" of
going to Israel. "He will cer-
tainly visit Jerusalem as soon
as he can afford it financially,"
she told reporters. Rust has
been held in a Soviet jail since
his surprise flight.
