Mr. Rosenbaum was a board member of the Jewish Welfare Federation, a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Detroit Bar Asso- ciation, Law Science Academy, American Judica- ture Society, National Asso- ciation Claimant and Com- pensation Attorneys and Tau Epsilon Rho. He leaves his wife, Joyce; two sons, Arthur of Clarem- ont, Calif., and Rabbi Stan- ley; a daughter, Phyllis of Jerusalem; a sister, Mrs. Sara Bloom of Beverly Hills, Calif.; two brothers, Benja- min of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Morris; and three grand- children.
