The Jewish Association
for Retarded Citizens becomes a
prototype across the nation. Its ten group
homes, along with other innovative programs
form an unsurpassed continuum of services. JARC
helps hundreds of individuals with mental retardation, as
well as their families, the community, and the mental health field.

As we celebrate the past 18 years, we thank you for your support and
encouragement. We hope you will join us on our journey in the years to come.
