As menahel of the council for the last 37 years, Rabbi Grubner, according to Rabbi Levin, has "selflessly given of himself and has succeeded in making the Council of Rabbis Morris Flatt of Oak Park will be honored 9 a.m. Sunday at the annual Support Breakfast for the National Conference of Synagogue Youth (NCSY). Flatt will receive the first an- nual Kesser Torah Award for his support of Yachad NCSY's program for Jewish developmentally disabled. The breakfast is being chaired by Gary Torgow and will take place at the Young Israel of Greenfield. Guest speaker is Rabbi Raphael B. Butler, national director of.
