Had the occasion this week to use Glassman Oldsmobile for some service on my Avanti. First of
all, thank you very much for letting me know that Glassman has received the sales and service
franchise for the Detroit area. You certainly made a great selection in choosing Glassman. Just a
quick scenario on my service experience at Glassman. They completed the required service
rapidly, thoroughly and at a very fair price. My car was returned to me by a porter, with protective
plastic on the seats and floor mats. It was very impressive to have my car returned to me knowing
that the dealer cares as much for my interior as I do.

Jerome Glassman is to be complimented on his selection of service managers. Craig Bocknek,
service manager, even though extremely busy, had the knack of making me feel like I was the only
customer their.
