In Math Competition
Dov N. Chelst of Oak Park
received an honorable mention
in the 18th annual Lawrence
Institute of Technology com-
petition in mathematics.
Chelst is a sophomore at
Akiva Hebrew Day School. The
competition, sponsored by LIT's
math and computer science
department and the Detroit
Metropolitan Mathematics and
Computer Club, attracted over
50 contestants from 36 area
high schools.
