Shaarey Zedek. He will be accompanied by his brother, pianist Victor Steinhardt. Since his solo debut at age 14, Arnold Steinhardt has been a recitalist and soloist, appearing with Pablo Casals, Rudolf Serkin and others. He has won numerous awards. As first violinist and founding member of the Guarneri String Quartet, Steinhardt toured many con- tinents and recorded dozens of albums. Victor Steinhardt, who made his debut as piano soloist at age 15, has performed as soloist with orchestras, in recitals and chamber ensembles. Among the many musicians with whom he has collaborated are cellist Leonard Rose, violinist Sidney Harth and clarinetist David Shifrin. He has recorded a broad range of music as both soloist and accompanist. General admission to the con- cert is free. Tickets will be mail- ed upon receipt of written re- quest and a stamped, self- addressed envelope to Weisberg Concert, c/o Cong. Shaarey Zedek. Arthritis Fund Benefit Slated The Metro Detroit Branch of the Arthritis Foundation will host a bid "Good-Buy" to Arth- ritis event June 5, at the Novi Hilton, with guest speaker Florine Mark, president of the WW Group, Inc., the largest franchise of Weight Watchers International, Inc. A complete evening of enter- tainment is planned: cocktails, silent auction, dinner, "fantasy auction," and dancing to the music of Cabaret. Proceeds from the event go toward arthritis research pro- jects and patient and profes- sional programs of the Arthritis Foundation, Michigan Chapter.
