S-L Has Annual
Art, Music Event

HOT DOGS

The tenth annual art and
music festival will take place at
Southfield-Lathrup Senior
High School on Wednesday and
Thursday.
Opening night festivities will
begin in the auditorium on
Wednesday at 7 p.m., with in-
troductions and award cere-
monies. Following will be a pre-
sentation by the vocal music
department with selections
ranging from the early Madri-
gals through 20th Century pop
and classical. The Choralaires
will also be featured in several
specialty dance numbers. There
is an admission fee.
After the concert a reception
will be held in conjunction with
the art exhibit, at which rep-
resentative student work from
all S-L art classes will be on
display, including photography.
The exhibit will be open to the
public all day on Thursday.
