The sisterhood of Cong.
Shaarey Zedek will host its
annual Woman's World
fund-raising event, "Blossom
Into Spring — A Fashion Ex-
travaganza" • at 9 a.m. Wed-
nesday at Shaarey Zedek.
The event will feature Jef-
frey Bruce, makeup artist
and lecturer. Bruce, who has
more than 20 years of experi-
ence in the cosmetic industry,
is the author of About Face
and can be, seen regularly on
television's Hour Magazine,
Kelly and Co. and Sally Jesse
Raphael Show.
Following this, the sister-
hood will host a luncheon and
fashion show, produced by
fashion coordinator Leah
Marks. The show will feature
contemporary fashions from
leading Detroit-area
boutiques.
Those who attend will also
have the opportunity to par-
ticipate in a silent auction,
purchase baked goods from
the sisterhood bake shop and
Jeffrey Bruce
enjoy a continental breakfast.
