present her students in her an-
nual evening of piano concerti,
8 p.m. Wednesday, at the Bir-
mingham Community House.
Performing will be Jennifer
Zalenko, Cheryl Lerchin,
Adam Uzelac, Carla Weiss, Dr.
Kenneth Tucker, Deborah
Tucker, Melissa Miller and
Jacqueline Krakow.
They will perform concerti
by Bach, Mozart, Grieg, Beeth-
oven, Rachmaninoff, Liszt and
Gershwin. Stasson will play
the orchestra accompaniments
at the second piano. There is no
admission charge.

honored last week at the
Michigan Youth Arts Festival
as the Michigan Music
Teacher's Association
"Teacher of the Year" — 1987.
It was the first time that a
string teacher was chosen by

Stasson is also string chairman
of the Michigan • Music
Teacher's Association and has
given workshops and lectures
at national conventions on

To Give Concert

The Tuesday Troupers, a
group of women who have been

present their annual spring
dance concert for senior adults

Morris Branch.
Their theme is "America,
