sent a "How to" workshop for
beginning and more advanced
genealogists at its final
meeting of the season, 7:45 p.m.

Hebrew Schools Building.

Greenberg and Richard
Tschirhart will talk about
research sources they have us-
ed successfully and answer
questions from the audience.
Officers for the 1987-1988 year
will also be elected.

26 visit to the touring exhibit,
"Auschwitz: A Crime Against
Mankind," at Wayne State
University's McGregor
Memorial Conference Center.

This year's banquet is dedi-
cated to the memory of Rebbet-
zin Bina Avtzon, who lived in
Detroit more than 35 years be-
fore her passing. Mrs. Avtzon
aided the Mikvah organiza-
tion, served as interpreter to
Russian immigrants and
maintained the tnikveh.
