TER, Naamat/USA, will meet
on Monday at noon in the
Naamat meeting room in the
Kristen Tower, 25900 Green-
field, Suite 205E, Oak Park.
The topic of the meeting will
be "Growing Up Jewish in
Another Country."There will be
a panel of five women who
came from other countries to
the United States. The
speakers will be Marian
Alpenfels, Rose Mandelbaum,
Betty Rath, Renee Shuster and
Vivian Stollman. Refreshments
will be served, there is no
charge and guests are welcome.
WOMEN'S AUXILIARY OF
THE UNITED HEBREW
SCHOOLS will meet at 1:30
p.m. Wednesday in the LaMed
Auditorium of the main UHS
building. Dr. Sheldon Mintz,
oral and maxillofacial surgeon,
will be the guest speaker.
A general meeting will
precede the talk at 12:15, when
elections will be held. The

Installation Lunch

Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will hold its annual
Installation luncheon, 11:30
a.m. June 2, at Temple Beth El.
Nancy Glass is chairman of
the day. Her committee in-
cludes: Leila Stollman, Peggy
Shafir, Diane Grant, Roz Gil-
son, Edith Kalish, Hilda
Ginns, Carol Hervey and Rose
Berman.
The program will feature "A
Celebration in Song," depict-
ing 75 years of Hadassah, per-
formed by Marci Shulman,
Marcia Kersh and Arline
Gould. In conjunction with this
anniversary, all members who
are 75 years of age and older
will be honored.
Babysitting and transporta-
tion will be available. Reserva-
tions must be made by May 28
for the luncheon. There is a
charge.

To Install Officers
The Women of Jewish Na-
tional Fund will hold their in-
stallation of officers at a dessert
luncheon, noon Tuesday, May
19, at Temple Emanu-El. Bea
Feigelman will be installed as
president for the fourth term.
Bess Axelrod will be installing
officer. Reba Bloom will deliver
the invocation.
Elaine Kohner, vocalist, and
Vera Rollin, pianist and com-
mentator, will present "A
Nostalgic Look at Jewish
Music!' Elaine Kohner is a
member of the Music Study
Choral Group and the Bel Can-
to Choral Society. Vera Rollin
studied piano for many years
and is a graduate of Wayne
State University music
