B'not Mitzvah Share Rite

Rebecca Lipton, daughter
of Dr. Steven and Eva Lipton,
and Jessica Tam, daughter of
Dr. Robert and Elizabeth
Tam, will share their b'not
mitzvah celebration with
Irina Kimelfeld, daughter of
Boris Kimelfeld of Moscow,
on Saturday at Cong.
Shaarey Zedek.
Kimelfeld is a math-
ematician and computer sci-
entist. Highly trained, he has
had 12 papers published on

more than a year for a re-
fusal. He was told he had ac-
cess to classified information
which he denies.
Since January 1979,
Kimelfeld has been working
as a doorman.
The family is anxious to
emigrate since Irina is ill.

She is under-developed and
at the age of 5 had the same
weight as a one year old.
Physicians in the Soviet
Union have not been able to
diagnose or treat her illness.
Kimelfeld had another
daughter with this disease
who died at the age of one.
Letters may be sent to the
family at: Konakovsky Pro-
yezd 15, Apt. 23, Moscow
125565, USSR.
