Greenberg will be the guest speaker at the Temple Beth El Brother- hood Breakfast on May 3 at 9:30 a.m. Greenberg, a black Jew, is a professor of sociology. Chief of Police Greenberg was formerly undersheriff of San Francisco County and chief of police in Opa Locka, Fla. Chief Greenberg received a BA degree from San Fran- cisco State, a master's degree in public administration and a master's degree in city planning from University of California, Berkley. As a teacher, Prof. Green- berg has taught sociology at California State, political sci- ence at North Carolina and criminal justice at Florida In- ternational.
