HOUSE CALLS MADE FOR NAIL AND FOOT CARE Soviets Issue Postal Regulations The Soviet Union has ad- vised member countries of the Universal Postal Union that customs declaration forms for parcels must be completed in French or Rus- sian with full descriptions of enclosed items and that, as of May 1, parcels accompanied by incorrectly completed cus- toms declarations will not be accepted for customs clear- ance. In order to facilitate pack- age deliveries, the U.S. Postal Service has developed a list of typical items sent to the Soviet Union and French translations for these items.
