Like more than 10 million other Americans, you could have high blood pressure and not know it until it leads to stroke, heart or kidney failure. It has no special symptoms and of- ten gives no warning. But your doctor can detect high blood pressure (he may call it hy- pertension) and usually con- trol it. So see your doctor ... and follow his orders. WE'RE FIGHTING FOR `YOUR LIFE La Mirage Mall 29555 Northwestern Hwy. Southfield, MI 48034.358-0830 106 Friday, April 10, 1987 Slice the pineapple into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Mix together the honey, wine and ground ginger. Drizzle over each slice of pineapple; Broil for five minutes until honey 'mixture is bubbly and pineapple be- gins to brown. Serve hot. In order to serve- this des- sert nice and hot, prepare the pineapple before you eat and pop it into the oven to broil while you prepare your sec- ond pot of hot tea, just before dessert serving time. All these dishes cook fairly fast. I would cut up all the vegetables, pineapple and chicken in advance. While the chicken marinates in the wine for a few minutes, I would begin boiling the water for the noodles. Next I would prepare the vegetable stir-fry. Once that is going, I'd put the noodles in to boil and begin the chicken stir-fry. Once the chicken and veg- etable dishes are about ready, the noodles should be ready to drain and stir-fry as well. Then put up some hot water for tea and enjoy your gour- met kosher. pesachdik Chinese meal for one (with leftovers for another night) or invite a friend to share it with you.
