Dr. Elaynne Graff and Lee
Rousso were married recently
at the home of her brother,
Dr. Barry Graff in San Diego,
Calif. Cantor Sheldon Merel
of Temple Beth Israel of-
ficiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Morrie Graff
of Southfield. Parents of the
bridegroom are Louis Rousso
of Seattle, Wash., and Ella
Rousso of Belleville, Wash.
Bonnie Graff was the mat-
ron of honor. Erin Graff was
the maid of honor and Allison
Graff was the bridesmaid.
The best man was Dr.
Barry Graff.
Following a honeymoon in
Mexico the couple is residing
in Arcadia, Calif.

Dr. Firooz Banooni will de-
liver the third lecture at the
B'nai David Cultural Forum
at 11 a.m. April 5 at B'nai
David.
Dr. Banooni will speak on
"Iranian Jewry: from the
Shah to Khomeini." The lec-
ture will be accompanied by a
special slide presentation.
Dr. Banooni was born and
educated in Iran. He received
his medical degree at Tehran
University in 1965. He also
attended the Alliance Israel-
ite Universelle in Tehran. He
is a member of the Michigan
State Medical Society and the
American College of Obstet-
rics and Gynecology.
Dr. Banooni has served as
vice president of the Sephar-
dic Community of Metropoli-
tan Detroit and has lectured
on the problems currently
facing Iranian Jewry.
The cultural commission of
B'nai David, chaired by Dr.
and Mrs. Joseph Orent, has
arranged for Dr. Bannooni's
appearance. The community
is invited at no charge.
