Women's Theater
To Feature Soprano

Singer-pianist
Jocelyn
Ruth Krieger will perform
two concerts, 2 p.m. and 7:30
p.m. Sunday, at the Shirim
L'Hashem Women's Theater,
20870 Winchester, Southfield.
A lyric soprano, Krieger
has appeared as guest artist
with the Detroit Symphony
Orchestra and the Detroit
Concert Band. For more than
ten years, she performed with
her own authentic Hungarian
Gypsy orchestra, "Jocelyn
and Her Gypsies." Currently,
she sings only for women's
audiences.
Krieger studied piano
under Mischa Kottler. At the
afternoon concert, Krieger
will introduce her student,
ten-year-old Janice Letvin,
who will play an adaptation
of Lizst's Hungarian Rhap-
sody #2. Janice attends
Akiva Hebrew Day School.
