What kind of a "star trip" does
she think she is on anyway?
Plastic surgery? Do you REALLY

oes all of this chatter
sound unkind and catty?
Well, these days a good
deal of it is also untrue.
According to statistics of the
American Society of Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgeons, over
two million Americans had
plastic surgery in 1984, and each
year the number is growing by at
least 20 per cent.
Besides, the SHE who has just
had it done may very likely be a
HE. Approximately 20 percent of
all plastic surgery patients in
California are men, 15 percent of
the patients in New York state are
males, and even in the
conservative mid west, about 7
percent of the cosmetic face lifts
performed today are on men, with
