tasting and Rabbi Chaim
Bergstein will explain the
significance of wine in the
Jewish life cycle.

Service Honors
Men's Club Leaders

Shaarey Zedek Men's Club
held a special Shabbat serv-
ice March 14 to honor past
presidents of the men's club.
The service coincided with
the 125th anniversary of the
congregation.
Dr. Joseph H. Langas is
current president of the club.
Marvin Cherrin and Ben
Chinitz were chairman and
co-chairman, respectively, of
the event.

Great American
Lock-Up This Week

The American Cancer
Society will sponsor the
"Great American Lock-Up",
Tuesday through Thursday.
For a fee, one can have a
friend put behind bars, given
a telephone instructing them
to call their friends to raise
money for the fund raiser.
All proceeds from the event
will go to help the American
Cancer Society.
