Educated in South Africa, Katz was director of public speaking at University off Witwatersrand in Johannes- burg, the only multi-racial university in South Africa. She is currently on the fa- culty of Wayne State Univer- sity, where she teaches public speaking in the speech com- munication department. Tamara R.
