Kurt Kulka Kurt Kulka or Jerusalem, owner of Arad Plastics in Arad, Israel, died Feb. 22 at age 65. A former Detroiter, Mr. Kulka went to pre-state Israel in 1945. Prior to founding his plastics firm, Mr. Kulka was principal developer of irriga- tion products design in Kib- butz Hatzor.
