1 1/2 cup finely crushed creme
filled chocolate sand-
wich cookies (about 18
cookies)
1 /4 cup margarine or butter,
melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened
condensed milk (not
evaporated)
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine crumbs and mar-
garine; pat firmly on bottom of
9-inch springform pan. In large
mixer bowl, beat cheese until
fluffy. Add sweetened con-
densed milk; beat until
smooth. Add eggs and vanilla;
mix well.
In small bowl, toss together
Y2 cup chips with flour to coat;
stir into cheese mixture. Pour
into prepared pan. Sprinkle
remaining chips evenly over
top. Bake 1 hour or until cake
springs back when lightly
touched. Cool to room tempera-
ture. Chill. Remove sides of
pan. Garnish as desired. Re-
frigerate leftovers.

1/2 cup milk

Beat eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk.
Pour over matzos and let soak
until matzos are soft. Mix to-
gether cottage cheese, cream
cheese, starch, egg yolks,
sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Put 2 whole soaked matzos in
bottom of greased 9x13 inch
pan. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture
on top of matzos. Put 2 whole
soaked matzos on top of cheese
mixture. Spread over 1/2 cheese
mixture on top of matzos. Put
last 2 matzos on top of cheese
mixture. Add eggs and 1/2 cup
milk to balance of liquid from
soaking matzos and beat to-
gether. Pour over top of matzos
in pan. Sprinkle with sugar
and cinnamon. Bake at 350 de-
grees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let
cool a bit and slice in squares.
Serve warm or cold with sour
cream.
