Chairman Rose Roth exhibits a piece by Eli Preis slated for
exhibition in the show and sale.
Israeli Artist Exhibited
At Art Show And Sale
The works of Israeli artist
Eli Preis will be exhibited at
the Sholem Aleichem Insti-
tute's 24th annual art show
and sale, slated for March 6-8
at Shenandoah Country Club.
Hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. with
a Sip and Shop at 8 p.m. March
6; 11 a.m.-10 p.m. March 7 and
11 a.m.-5 p.m. March 8.
Preis designed the logo and
posters for Yad Vashem in Is-
rael and some of his work has
been purchased by the Impe-
rial War Museum in London.
Since its beginnings 24 years
ago, the Sholem Aleichem art
show and sale has launched the
careers of many artists, among
them Richard Jerzy, painter;
Robert Brunn, enamelist; John
Glick, potter; Carol Wald,
painter; Brenda Goodman,
painter; Glen Michaels, artist
and assemblages; Charles
McGee, painter; Bruce Blythe,
jeweler; and Robert Bartlett,
glassmaker.
There is a nominal admis-
sion fee. Refreshments will be
served.
Here are two great values on two great meals. First, our complete prime rib
dinner, featuring a 6 oz. slice of tender, juicy prime rib, soup or salad, and a big
baked potato is only $5.95. Second, we're offering that same meal, plus a big
serving of succulent crab legs for only $2 more. Either way, it's a lot to eat and a
lot to like, for a very little price. Come to jojos before this offer walks away.
