Winter will present an over- view of the business oppor- tunities and investment ye- hicles for the businessman while Levy will review the government incentives offered by Israel for the American businessman. Workshops will be conducted on direct investments, joint ventures, start-ups, establish- ing a manufacturing facility and/or subsidiary by Winter and Lloyd P. Levin, Israel Technology Partners. Paul Berger, partner, Ar- nold and Porter law firm, Washington, D.C. who worked on the new free trade agree- ment between the U.S. and Is- rael will cover business trans- actions from the legal perspec- tive.
