When she heard that the posh new Embassy Suites Hotel in Southfield was naming one of its fun spots LaSalle's Nightclub, Florence had a brainstorm . .. Why not try to bring the old Club LaSalle back for one nostalgia-filled night in the brand-new nightclub? . . . She contacted the hotel's owners for permission to use the room . . . and got it . . . But F`O realized a lot more had to be done . . . With the help of some friends, a committee was setup to get the project started .. . And now they need your help. If you have any information about the people and/or history of Club LaSalle, get in touch . . . So far, • they managed to reach Al Vinocur, who was de- lighted with the idea . . .
