hurt. It's vital to replace the
fluids in your body that are lost
when you sweat' out a high
fever. Orange juice does the job
nicely.
When it comes to activity,
unpack your gym bag for a
while if you have the flu. Your
body is under a lot of stress
fighting an infection, and you
need to rest.
When you come down with
the flu, the first few days you
probably won't even feel up to

going to work. It's wise to stay
home, while you are contagi-
ous, so you don't pass along
your germs to your whole
office.

Plans Singles Weekend

A special weekend event for

service and workshops, will
take place Feb. 27 and 28 at the

Saturday Night

Cong B'nai Israel of West
Bloomfield will host a special
singles Havdalah service on
Saturday at 7:45 p.m.
It will be followed by a brief
explanation by Rabbi Sherman
_Kirshner about Havdalah's
significance and meaning.
There will be a question and
answer period followed by a so-
cial hour, Israeli and Yiddish
sing-along and a mystery pro-
gram.
The evening is open to
Jewish singles 25-55. Sheila
Miller is Cong B'nai Israel's
chairman. Call the synagogue
office, 681-5353, for informa-
tion.

Bridge Group

The Jewish Community
Center has formed a contract
bridge group: Persons age 50
and up who would like to join a
steady bridge group should
