Chamber Players
To Perform

The first of five Sunday con-
certs will be performed by the
American Artists Series
Chamber Players on Jan. 18.
This ensemble of Detroit Sym-
phony Orchestra members in-
cludes Linda Snedden Smith,
violin; Ronald Fischer, violin;
Hart Hollman, viola; John
Thurman, cello; Don Baker,
oboe; Ervin Monroe, flute; and
Joann Freeman, piano. The
music will include composi-
tions by Gerald Finzi, Lennox
Berkeley and Cesar Franck.
Performances will be held at
Kingswood Campus Au-
ditorium, Bloomfield Hills.

Single Ticket For
Village, Museum

For the first time, now
through March 13, visitors to
Greenfield Village and the
Henry Ford Museum will be
able to purchase a single ticket
for admission to both, rather
than separate tickets.
Visitors will be entitled to
admission to both the museum
and the village, however the
village buildings will not be
open during this period. Sleigh
rides will be available,
weather permitting.

Winterfest
In Southfield

The city of Southfield will
host its first Winterfest on
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
at the Southfield Civic Center.
There will be snow contests,
ice skating, sledding and in-
door activities as well. Prizes
will be awarded. Admission is
free.
